As the Tahawul Digital Transformation Program moves towards its final phase prior to Go-Live, there will be a BLACKOUT period where many of the systems around KAUST will be unavailable from December 21 to December 31. This includes services provided by Government Affairs, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Procurement, and other departments, such as leave requests, visa requests, shopping carts, invoice requests, updates to pension and savings, and many others.
The above link details the affected services and their respective cut-off dates, contingency plans, and emergency contacts during the blackout. Please regularly refer to this page, as it will be updated with information leading up to the systems blackout and after the restoration of services. Everyone is advised to review these procedures and to ensure that all system requests are submitted before these cut-off dates to ensure the processing of requests prior to the blackout period.
