New operational hours updated for Tamimi laundry pick-up point

MACC, in partnership with Facilities Management, is pleased to announce updated operational hours for the laundry pick-up point at Tamimi. These changes, influenced by valuable customer feedback, are part of our ongoing initiatives to optimize service offerings for the community.

Updated operational hours:

  • Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Evening: 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Adjustments to drop-off and collection times:

  • Items dropped off before 1:00 p.m. will be ready for collection the following day after 5:00 p.m.
  • Items dropped off after 4:00 p.m. will be available 48 hours post drop-off.

MACC and Facilities Management are committed to maintaining a high level of service to our KAUST community and apologizes for any inconvenience these changes may cause.

  2. Yes, I want to find out that too about large items. It was a good service we used to have to get our carpets and curtains cleaned very conveniently.

  3. It would be great if there could be an Express Service (same day) as it was available in the past. Even if charged more, it would still be attractive.
