The webinar on stories of real scams at KAUST, which was held on Sunday early this week turned out to be a great success. In total, we had six panelists and 145 attendees, and 119 attendees participated in the interactive polling questions.
During the session, panelists shared examples of different scam calls trending at KAUST and also shared common misleading tactics used in the recent past. Attendees learned useful tips to detect emerging scams and were made aware of the importance of reporting such incidents to authorities.
