This Poster Competition is open to KAUST students whose research is relevant to the conference theme ‘Digital Health.’
This year we have decided to move to electronic posters (e-posters) to make the whole process easier. As participants, you will receive instructions from the system explaining how you submit and securely manage your Poster. If you wish, you can access and revise your poster as often as you need to until the deadline.
You may design your poster using any software you wish (provided it’s saved in .pdf format), upload it via the system and when you are at the conference, display your poster and present your research in person using the ePostersLive system.
Once you have completed the form, you will receive instructions and submission codes for uploading your poster electronically.
The deadline for submitting posters is on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
Posters will be judged by an external panel of experts during the conference, with winners announced at the closing remarks of the conference. This year’s prizes are as follows:
- Apple iPad
- JBL Portable bluetooth speakers
- Apple Airpods
