Register here for Seminar 3: HYDROGEN Storage Technologies

In our third seminar, we will explore the main hydrogen storage options and suitable materials, with a special emphasis on the options for surface storage. We will cover onboard hydrogen storage for light-duty and heavy-duty applications, and liquid hydrogen storage and transport. Underground hydrogen storage at different geological structures will also be discussed. Finally, we will take a look at commercialization pathways for hydrogen storage technologies.

Please visit the HSS website for more information on the seminars and our external speakers. Videos from previous seminars in the series are also available on our website.

The Hydrogen Seminar Series (HSS) is brought to you by the Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC) and aims to bring together leading experts in hydrogen from government, national labsacademia, and industry to provide critical insights into the technology, economics, policy, and market, including business drivers and barriers to hydrogen, both in the short and long term.

Every two weeks we will examine a different topic: hydrogen production, transportation, storage, distribution, safety, use, and commercial opportunities. We will also explore the policy levers which are necessary to accelerate the deployment of hydrogen. For any questions, please contact: ccrc@kaust.edu.sa

This opportunity is brought to you by KAUST’s Clean Combustion Research Center.
