Over the last 12 months, Facilities Management, who oversee the residential and campus maintenance teams, has undertaken a re-organization and consolidation process to provide a more reliable, proactive and hassle-free experience for its customers, you. Our journey for excellence continues and with your help, we’ll get ahead.

As part of this continued effort to provide the KAUST community with enhanced services, we welcome your feedback on where you see the success and shortfalls in our service delivery. Your participation in this survey is extremely important to us, and your collective response will be treated with the highest regard.
