Do not miss this Opening Night extravaganza!
You are all invited to celebrate World Food Day and the official opening of the Enrichment in the Fall program including the renowned Turkish-European Pera Ensemble, who will perform an exceptional baroque oriental concert at 6:30 p.m.
The Auditorium (bldg. 20) lobby will be transformed into a special marketplace with many attractive booths offering activities around food:
- Fish tanks and herb walls to discover KAUST research
- CookHub startup from Thuwal
- International cookbook project
- Fruit and vegetable shop
- Organic edible herbs
- Student Green Group and their campaign against food waste
- Saudi Food Bank
- And more.
Participate in the quiz for a chance to receive gifts. A KAUST photographers’ exhibition on markets of the world will also be unveiled. Remember to bring cash to shop—the Pera Ensemble CD will be available for purchase.
