Community Life English Language Program
The Community Life English Language Program provides an opportunity for community members to improve their English in many areas and has been a successful part of KAUST for ten years. General English is covered in the courses. All levels are welcome, from beginner to proficient.
New session schedule
The next session will run for five weeks – from May 12 to June 13. 90-minute classes are held twice a week in Building 9 in the mornings.
Registration and payment
Please note the following:
- The price for the five-week session is 780 SAR which includes VAT.
- No refunds or reductions are given for any missed classes.
- Student numbers are limited, so register early to ensure your spot.
- Please note new deadline for registration and payment is Tuesday, May 7, by 9:00 p.m.
- Students must pay before the classes start.
- Classes with less than five people may be combined with another class or cancelled.
- Payment can be made by card or cash at the Harbor Sports Center

Community Life English Conversation Classes
Conversation classes are a fun way for people to improve their English in a class setting, with other peers of similar ability and an experienced teacher providing valuable feedback.
New session schedule
The next session will run for 5 weeks – from May 12 to June 13. 60-minute classes are held once a week in Building 9 or at the ECC3.
Registration and payment
Please note the following:
- The price for the session is SAR 210 which includes VAT.
- No refund or reduction in costs is given for any missed classes.
- Student numbers are limited, so register early to secure your spot.
- Please register and complete payment by May 7.
- Students must pay before they start classes.
- Classes with less than five people may be combined with another class or cancelled.
- Payment can be made by card or cash at the Harbor Sports Center
