In March 2020, KAUST established the COVID-19 Operations Hub to support the community throughout lockdown, quarantine and, most recently, the coordination of charter flights.
Kindly note that from October 8, 2020 onwards, the email address for the Operations Hub (coronavirustaskforce@kaust.edu.sa) and the contact number (012 808 0950) will no longer be operational. Below are details on how to reach the various departments at KAUST for questions and support.

Food delivery and Tamimi

Travel assistance

Returning to KAUST from international travel
If you are returning to the Kingdom and KAUST on a commercial flight, you will be required to enter a three-day quarantine as per the Kingdom’s current regulations.If you live in shared accommodation, it is essential that you inform us three days before your return by completing this form so that we can arrange an alternative accommodation.
Before you may leave quarantine, you are required to have a PCR test, which will take place after 48 hours of stay in the Kingdom.Please contact quarantinesupport@kaust.edu.sa to arrange your quarantine exit PCR test. You will remain in quarantine until you have received a negative result. You also have the option to spend seven (7) days in quarantine, without taking a PCR test.
