We are pleased to be able to confirm the first KAUST arranged charter flights, operating between Jeddah and London in July.
- Monday, July 6 – Jeddah to London
- Wednesday, July 8 – London to Jeddah
The cost per ticket is expected to be around USD 800 – 1200. Once a reservation is confirmed, the cost of the ticket will be deducted from salary or stipend.
Important considerations
- London to Jeddah flight: Please only confirm your registration if you intend to travel and meet the Iqama/Visa requirements for this flight. Only those with a valid Iqama and a valid exit re-entry visa at the time of travel will be permitted to return to the Kingdom.
- Jeddah to London flight: It is recommended that you obtain an exit/entry visa with a minimum duration of 6 months.

We are committed to arranging further flights and will confirm additional dates and destinations that will depart in August. We will also be working on resolving travel restrictions for those with expired Iqamas and exit re-entries and hope to have a solution before the August flights.
