Dear colleagues,

The dependent’s survey—which is used to verify in-Kingdom residency information of your eligible dependents—is now open in the portal. Primary employees and postdocs with dependents and those who did not receive the Annual Travel Allowance for the 2017 travel allowance period are required to complete and submit the survey (even if there are no changes to the previous status) for processing the payment in June.

Instructions on how to complete the survey can be found here. The survey will be open until May 31, 2017.

For expatriate employees and postdocs: If any of your dependents are not under your sponsorship, please notify Human Resources and provide a copy of your dependent’s Iqama. Dependents who are not under your sponsorship are not eligible for Annual Travel Allowance.

For all employees and postdocs: It is also important that your personal information is updated in Human Resources at all times. If there are changes to your family’s personal information (passport details, Iqama information, residency status, undergraduate studies by children, marital status, etc.), please contact Human Resources with appropriate documentation to update the records. Information regarding Iqama(s) and passport(s) can be viewed in your portal under Employee Self Service – Personal Document Service.
