The Fascination of Plants Day is a day of worldwide action to make people aware of plants as the basis of all life on this planet—from botany to gardening to food and nutrition and to plant uses in medicine. From one little seed planted in soil, many green lives can arise—from small herbs to big trees or ornamental flowers and substantial crops that all animals and humans need to survive on this planet.
This year, Saudi Arabia and KAUST will join the world to celebrate the Fascination of Plants Day 2017 by organizing a number of events.
