Please read this message from the Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance:
Dear KAUST Community,
The KAUST School is an integral and important part of our community. Even more, the school is part of a unique continuum of learning and discovery, which starts with our earliest learners. We are proud to contribute to the development of an extraordinary educational experience for everyone.
This year, we have established The KAUST School Board of Education which will have governing authority of the school. The University sees the establishment of this governing board as a timely and exciting development in the life of the school, and the life of the University.
On behalf of the KAUST School Board of Education, together with the School Superintendent, Ms. Madeleine Hewitt, I would like to invite all community members, (including those who do not have children in the school) to an event on January 27.
This event will formally introduce the Board to the KAUST community and will be held in the Gardens Secondary School Auditorium at 5:30 p.m., followed by a reception in the Flag Pavilion.
We look forward to formally introducing the KAUST School Board of Education to the community, and to celebrating together as we move forward.
