The Family and Child Support Center is excited to announce a parenting training course for parents of students in the KAUST school. The program is devised by Dr. Sana Dubis, Learning Development Specialist (FCSC), and will be delivered in Arabic.
The program will train parents with the essential teaching skills and strategies to help improve their children’s academic achievement at school. The course will run for two weeks in April from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the Early Childhood Center (ECC3).
- Program: Based on Parents As Teachers Course
- Audience: Parents of students in mainstream school
- Facilitators: FCSC (Dr. Sana Dubis, Learning Development Specialist)
- Time and venue: Four sessions starting April 21, 23, 28 & 30. From 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. in the ECC3 – FCSC.
- Total cost: 200 SAR per family
- Attendance: Preference: Both parents attend sessions. Expectation: One parent attends every session.
