I tried, they only allowed for adults booking. How should we make the children bookings too? There is no option to select for kids. Only one drop down for adults.
I figured it out the children drop down. However, the price is 500 SAR more per adults price than the normal one without KAUST promotion code SAKAU15.

It’s very sad when you see an international airlines offering special discounts to KAUST’s faculty, staff, and students while the Kingdom national airline SAUDIA is sleeping at the wheels. So Sad.Taking about Economic development and business opportunities. Go figure that out!!!!!!!!.
Greetings Salah,
Thank you very much for your comments. To be fair to Saudi Airlines I confirm that they are support KAUST through very competitive cooperate rates for International flights. You can enjoy the benefits of SV rates once you book your International trip through KAUST Travel office. Emirates airlines are going extra miles by creating a dedicated link for KAUST community to ease the booking process.
Regards,
Omar
I’m getting the exact same rate from JED-DFW, whether I go through the KAUST website using the coupon code or without it! Is there someone at Emirates I can talk to and get some help with this?
I tried calling the Emirates Jeddah Office, the representative referred the issue to Dubai Office, to no avail. This morning, I called directly the Emirates hotline but the lady who answered can’t help and said the hotline only deal with general questions. She also said I should deal with the KAUST member/department who has set the corporate deal with Emirates.

Same here no difference / very slight difference 100sr or less per adult ticket when booking flight from jed-khi. Also, there is no grid chart of prices when using promotion code to compare prices between different traveling dates, highly inconvenient!
Just an update: I called the Emirates manager in Jeddah yesterday and he said that Emirates is running a special sale at this time of the year, so the KAUST discount is being matched to that sale’s prices. However, after the sale ends, KAUST members will continue to receive the discount.
I found out this morning that the lowest fare is coming out to be the same whether you go via the KAUST Emirates website or not. However, for the higher-priced tickets for better connections, I’m getting a $50 discount per ticket (for a fare of around $1350). So it seems to be working at least in some cases!
I have tried to search for tickets using the given site, and so far have not been able to do so. I always get the following error:

The site is useless. I just tried again and now it says that the email address is wrong, and also asking me to select of one way or return. The return option is selected… Yet it keeps asking for it. The email address entered is my kaust email (tried different combinations of uppercase and lower) … Yet it says wrong address.
I just tried it again, and it accepted my email id this time. Thanks to Roberto from KAUST travel services for following it up with me to resolve the issue.
