Annual Career Day
Graduate Affairs, in association with the Industry Engagement Office and Saudi Initiatives, is excited to announce the 7th Annual Career Day for the University’s graduate students.
Thursday, October 27
1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Conference Center (bldg. 19)
Event activities commence on Wednesday, October 26, with company presentations in the Conference Center (bldg. 19) from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., followed by an employer panel from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. and a meet-and-greet networking dinner immediately following that from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Company presentations will continue on the morning of Thursday, October 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The main event will then shift to the Conference Center (bldg. 19) from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., where students will meet with company representatives to discuss full-time employment opportunities and internship options.
Graduate Affairs specialists have been preparing students for several weeks with assessments, mock interviews and CV/résumé analysis. Preparation intensifies two weeks prior to the event, with additional assistance that includes workshops and seminars on leadership, communication, social media networking and more.
