The purpose of the Shopping bus booking system is to ensure better control, maximize utilization and reduce unplanned walk-ins. It is also a tool for better management of resources and community needs.
Shopping bus services are intended to facilitate shopping trips, hence, users are entitled to a return to KAUST on the same day. Other walk-in customers are welcome, subject to availability.
Any “no show” for round trips from KAUST for the booked destination will entail cancellation of the whole booking; the return for the same passenger will be subject to availability.
Currently, a “one-way from KAUST” booking option is available. An additional bus will be commuting for the return trip from Jeddah to Mall of Arabia, on Saturdays only.

We need the one-way option to and from all destinations. Please add this to the booking site ASAP.
“Reduce the un-planned walk-in”?! We are in the middle of the desert, we have kids. Of course sometimes our times are un-planned and we need to go somewhere and we decide that on the same day. Why should that be a problem?
