Having trouble booking an appointment on Sehhaty?

We are aware of the issues some community members are having when trying to book an appointment on the Sehhaty app for your COVID-19 test. This is out of KAUST’s control, but we are working with the relevant authorities to rectify as soon as possible.

Please continue to try booking an appointment on Sehhaty, even if the appointment offered is for a different day to the one that you booked on the KAUST booking system. 

Important:

  • Please DO NOT come to the testing station at the KAUST Inn if you DO NOT have a booking and QR code from Sehhaty.
  • If you have a KAUST appointment scheduled for today and cannot book an appointment through Sehhaty we will advise next steps through further communications. Please DO NOT cancel your existing appointment on the KAUST booking system.

If you have a KAUST booking and QR code and a Sehhaty booking and QR code, please attend your scheduled appointment.

Attention: Anyone who booked for the monthly MOH test more than 10 days ago, either before the launch of the announcement or as a result of the email reminder coming out on the May 22, 23 – please go into the booking system to check the status of your booking.

Reminder: Testing stations are open 3:00 – 9:00 p.m.

  1. The KAUST booking system has the only available booking dates of 15-17 June-2021 (as of 07-Jun-2021, 05:40), which are outside the testing period. Is the system fully booked or faulty?

    Also, no contact is provided to report such issues.
