The Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) Volunteers’ Program opens from December 15, 2019, to January 24, 2020.
Do you want to meet new people, learn new skills and be part of one of the most exciting events at KAUST? Join the Enrichment team to produce another successful WEP. Last year 89 people volunteered for WEP and 71% of them said they would do it again! This year, we wish to welcome 100 volunteers (50 per week).
The WEP volunteers* program offers the following roles:
- The Speaker hosts will assist with the meet and greet, agendas and social activities.
- Events planners and ushers for signature events (opening Day, Final Gala, Keynote lectures at the Auditorium and Science Fair).
- Communications assistants will take photos, edit videos or design booklets.
*All volunteers should be KAUST faculty, students, staff, or community members.
