I need more bottled water, how do I get it?
You can call the HR on-call number 054 470 0277 to arrange a delivery or visit one of the bottled water pick-up stations.

Should I keep using bottled water?
Yes. Bottled water for drinking and other uses will continue to be delivered to homes.

Yes. This is a popular activity in our community and we hope you will participate.

I am interested in volunteering. How can I help?
There will be a volunteer coordination meeting on Friday, October 31 at 10:00 a.m. in the Discovery Square Multipurpose Room (new location).

My neighbor is away and has bottled water at their door. Can I take it to give to someone in need?
Please don’t remove water from other homes even if you know they are vacant. The water in front of a home helps indicate to the delivery team to not leave more water. If anyone needs more bottled water, please use the on-call number 054 470 0277 to arrange a delivery or visit one of the bottled water pick-up stations.

My neighbor is away – how do we check that their taps weren’t left open?
If you know their contact details, please attempt to contact them to see if they need their home checked. If they need assistance, they should contact 959 so a team can be sent to check (with the resident’s permission).

What should I be doing with my household water heater?
The hot water systems in all apartment buildings will be turned back on by the maintenance team. Residents in other areas who may require assistance with turning their hot water system on, can call the Community Helpdesk at 959.

Does water flowing out of my tap mean everything is fixed and back to normal?
Currently, water service will start for targeted periods of time and individual conservation efforts should be observed. Read these important tips on how you can do your part.

I saw an aircraft above KAUST. Is this related to the water issue?
No, this aircraft belongs to the National Coast Guard and is surveying as part of their routine operations.

Two workers came to my house and turned the A.C system and the water main motor off. I wonder who shall I contact to have them on again?

When will the water supply be completely normal? We need to have an estimated time, these updates are great but some people need normal water running, if not within a day or two we need to know so some people can make plans for relocating in Jeddah for the time being.

Do we have any pictures of the breakage, and do we know how it happened?
