Currently all our university transport is operated by SAPTCO, so does there is any possibility to change the dropping place directly in Haram (Makkah) where there is a bus stop for SAPTCO buses only? Previously operated by Saudi Oger who do not have permission to park but now SAPTCO has their own parking space, so why not drop us there?

Dear Umar,

Your comment will be considered and we will get in touch with SAPTCO to see what is the best option for both side as Trafic Office is involce on this.
Meanwhile, the drop off point will remain the same.

Thanks
Nayef

Thanks Nayef for your consideration, it would be good enough even if SAPTCO drop us at the Safa Marwah gate which is at the back of Haram. I hope it won’t be of much traffic as compared to drop infront of haram and also SAPTCO has a parking space at the back of haram. Please update about the possibility? Thank you very much.

Dear Joanna,

reservation is required only for Makkah, Madinah and Shopping Malls.

Thanks
