Parents of K-12 grade students are invited to The KAUST School (TKS) Partners for Learning event TONIGHT Tuesday, April 9 at 5:30 p.m. at the Safaa Gardens Secondary School.
Partners for Learning involves all who have a stake in quality education. Please attend this dynamic program focused on supporting your child academically, intellectually, and social/emotionally.
Multiple sessions of mini-workshops are offered, focused on student learning and student well-being. Topics include:
– How to Communicate, Listen, and Grow with your Teen
– The Importance of Reading and Mother-Tongue Language
– Parenting for Academic Success (in English and Arabic)
– Transitions: Moving to a New Place and Coping with Change
– Making the Most of the Early Years
– Being a Digital Parent
– How to Support Reading with Your Child in Arabic
– Proper Sleep and Learning in Children
– Play-based Learning
