KAUST Security would like to remind you of the recent launch of the Digital Vehicle Sticker, which replaces the current vehicle RFID system (Vehicle Sticker).
Please ensure that your documents are updated (i.e. Driving License, Vehicle Registration, and Car Insurance), and your vehicle sticker is activated in the system before October 1, to be able to access through KAUST gates.
1. Users with Valid RFID Tags
- Login to KAUSTCentral App.
- Choose one of the QR code options
- Update your car’s license plate number (First time only).
- Show the generated QR at the gate (one unified QR)
2. Users without Valid RFID Tags
- Login to MYGA.kaust.edu.sa and create a Digital Sticker request.
- Wait for approval from all approvers.
- Once Security activates it, follow the steps mentioned above in Point 1 for ” Users with Valid RFID Tags”
The validity of your Digital Vehicle Sticker will be linked to your driving license, vehicle insurance, and KAUST ID. The Sticker will expire on the earliest expiry date of any of these documents.
If you don’t have the KAUSTCentral app yet? Scan the following QR code to access the appropriate mobile app store to download on iOS and Android platforms.
- For any questions or further assistance, please contact the Security Department.

The information is wrong. I followed Option 1 described above (I had a valid RFID tag) but security refused to accept it, they told me I have to create the Digital Sticker request (Option 2 above) anyway.
