Partners for Learning is a dynamic program for parents of the The KAUST School (TKS), focused on supporting students academically, intellectually, and socially/emotionally.

Multiple sessions focused on student learning and well-being offer K-12 parents helpful insight to support their child’s development. These evenings offer a valuable opportunity to enhance the partnership between student, school, and parents – helping students succeed.
Previous events have been a huge success and well received by parents and the TKS team has been working hard to provide relevant sessions for our upcoming evening.

What Is Mindful Parenting?

  • A deeper awareness of your own stress reactions
  • An increased ability to respond more skillfully to the unplanned and stressful moments with your child
  • Creating healthier and more productive relationships between family members

Interactive Math Games for Elementary Students

  • Benefits of a games-based approach to developing math skills
  • Determining your child’s specific math goals
  • A selection of math games and how to access others

Media and Your Child’s Happiness

  • How media can affect the mental health of adolescents
  • Why it is important to create a positive online and home environment
  • How to make sure that your adolescent child stays positive
