Dear KAUST Community,
We are pleased to announce, with the support of our colleagues at KAUST Smart, that GA e-Services are now available through the KAUSTCentral App.
As the first phase of this initiative, you can now submit Exit Re-Entry Visa and Iqama Renewal requests directly from the My GA tab in the app.
This service is currently available for KAUST students, staff, and faculty. Please note that dependents are not supported through this feature at this time due to limitations in the government system.
Once your request is submitted through the KAUSTCentral App, you can continue to track the status and access request details via the My Requests page on the KAUST Portal.
If you haven’t installed the KAUSTCentral App yet, you can download it today for iOS and Android.
