I generally love the guys from UPS. They are friendly, quick, super supportive and flexible. Couldn’t think of a better service provider.
Unfortunately it’s not only about the guys at this end it is the complete end to service. I sent valuable documents with UPS to the UK last week that got wrongly delivered. The solution is to raise an enquiry! After 3days I still have no idea where my documents are, how long the enquiry is expected to take or what the outcomes of the enquiry might be. Absolutely zero customer service when things go wrong! Not happy and lots of my time (and money) being wasted.
