Last day to submit a proposal for the Winter Enrichment Program 2017

You have until 5:00 p.m. today, Thursday, May 5 to submit your proposal

We would like to remind you that:

  • Even if you don’t have a KAUST email address, you can submit a proposal for WEP using your KAUST ID number
  • The proposal site is available off-network and does not require a VPN
  • While we prefer for your suggested speaker to be contacted prior to submitted a proposal, we will still accept submissions if the speaker has not confirmed the dates
  • Proposals that do not fall under the theme can still be considered for other Enrichment Programs.

The KAUST Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) is one of the signature events of the University’s academic year. WEP returns in 2017 from January 8-19, and the main theme is “Pushing the Limits: Challenging Engineering and Science.” We will explore state-of-the-art engineering achievements in all fields and focus on the innovative 21st century solutions that will help humanity forge a new future.

Thank you to those who already submitted, and we look forward to receiving more of your enriching proposals for WEP 2017.

Warm regards,

Marie-Laure Boulot
Manager, Office of Enrichment Programs
