KAUST IT announces the availability of free McAfee All Access anti-virus software for use on your home computers and devices. It is available for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Blackberry operating systems.
If needed, you can obtain support directly from the vendor, McAfee. The IT ServiceDesk will not be able to support this program, as it is not managed by them. In the near future, if your home devices do not have an up-to-date anti-virus software installed, you may not able to connect to the Internet.
To get the software:
- Visit our software download page
- Complete the form and obtain the license key
- Follow the installation instructions in the email that is sent to you
- Install the software and activate the license

Hello I am having problems downloading the anti-virus and am wondering if you can help me to download it….it is asking for my username and password but I don’t have one…Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I’m ready to download, I get a system error message saying the page cannot be displayed. Are you aware of a problem on their site or with the licenses?
