To ensure your requests and visa applications are processed promptly and without delay, we kindly ask that you submit all requests by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
Please be aware that Saudi government agencies will be closed starting March 15, 2026, for the Eid Al-Fitr break. Normal business operations will resume on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Should you face any urgent off-campus needs requiring our assistance during this time, please contact Government Affairs at +966 (0) 54 470 1111. This service remains available 24/7 to support you, and we recommend saving the number on your mobile contacts for easy access.
