Core Labs and Innovation & Economic Development invite the KAUST community to explore our newest facility, the Prototyping Core Lab, during the inauguration on Thursday, November 1. The novel lab provides access to state-of-the-art prototyping equipment and design tools; from 3D printers to laser cutters, CNC machines, woodworking and electronics.
A tour of the facilities and equipment demonstrations will be performed on the opening day to showcase the lab’s capability and expertise which will be accessible to the entire KAUST community.
At the Prototyping Core Lab, skilled personnel will support your ideation journey, from refining your idea to bringing it into reality. A series of training sessions on the prototyping equipment and design tools will be run by our experts to help you build “the next big thing” yourself.
