Runners/walkers can take in the beautiful scenery whilst getting some great cardiovascular exercise. It is a proven fact that physical activity helps improve mental health and general physical state.
The weather is getting cooler, so runners and walkers please join us for our upcoming Beach to Beacon run/walk. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a walker, jogger or runner.
