We are pleased to invite you to enjoy a night full of culture, performances, and amazing flavors at Welcome to my Country featuring China.
What to expect:
- Enjoy a lineup of amazing Chinese dance choreographies, music, and other stage performances.
- Experience the Lion dance.
- Admire beautiful Chinese paintings on display for this occasion.
- Try out Chinese games and riddles and touch the fortune wall.
- Learn to make Rabbit lanterns and Chinese paper cutting.
- Great Wall Bistro restaurant will offer a variety of new dishes specially prepared for this occasion, along with special promotions.
Getting there:
Biking, walking, or by bus. If you plan to drive, parking is available in the Discovery Square carpark, conveniently located across from the KAUST Inn.

Welcome to my Country is an invitation to all the citizens from the 121 nationalities living in the KAUST community to celebrate their unique cultural heritage by sharing art, traditions, flavors, and/or the music of their homeland with the community.
Welcome to my Country is the result of the efforts of community members working with the support of Community Life.
