Dear colleagues,
In order to finalize the Annual Travel Allowance for 2017, all primary employees and postdocs with dependents are required to confirm the residency status of their dependents at KAUST (even if there is no change in the information) by logging onto the portal and completing a brief survey.
Instructions on how to complete the survey can be found here. The survey will be open until December 15, 2016.
The table below outlines the criteria for dependents to be eligible for the Annual Travel Allowance. Dependents of expatriates must be under the sponsorship of KAUST employee/postdoc to be eligible for the Annual Travel Allowance.

If the survey is not completed by the specified date, we will be unable to process your 2017 annual travel allowance in January 2017. Please note that the next payment of annual travel allowance will be in June 2017.
