An Opportunity for KAUST SAUDI Students to join the Diwan Innovation for the Two Holy Mosques Program

To all KAUST SAUDI studentsDo you have ideas that could improve the experience of millions of visitors to the Two holy Mosques? This is your opportunity to turn these ideas into something real. 

We are excited to share an upcoming opportunity open to KAUST Saudi students across disciplines.  

The Diwan Innovation Program is a national initiative that promotes a culture of creativity and innovation among young people, giving opportunity to provide effective solutions to challenges facing society, to build a promising future through enlightened thinking and active citizenship. 

The program consists of five stages: idea presentation, virtual camp, in-person camp, initial product development, and closing ceremony

Throughout the program, participants receive training, mentorship, and support to develop and validate their ideas and create viable prototypes. It aims to foster innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork among Saudi youth while empowering them to address key societal challenges. 

Support for KAUST participants 

To encourage student participation, KAUST will provide: 

  • Professional and academic mentorship throughout the program 
  • Financial/travel support for participating students 

Registration Phase: Now – September 16.
