2017 Falling Walls Lab competition

KAUST is honored to be selected again as one of the world’s leading universities to participate in the 2017 Falling Walls Lab competition. Falling Walls is looking for young innovators to present their research projects, business plans, entrepreneurial projects or social initiatives. Presentations will be made before a panel of international judges and must be completed in just three minutes or less.

Applications are now being accepted

All KAUST community members are welcome to apply. The deadline for applications is July 1.

Our campus competition will be held on Tuesday, September 19, and prizes will be awarded to the five finalists.

This year, KAUST will send the top two finalists to the international Falling Walls competition in Berlin on November 8-9. If you are a student, postdoctoral fellow, scientist, entrepreneur, or otherwise and have a vision to change the world—this is your chance.
