As many of you know, in reference to our previous announcement, earlier this month, the IT Department engaged with stakeholders across KAUST as part of an initiative to enhance the KAUST Portal user experience, with a focus on improving service findability and navigation for new joiners, faculty, students, and staff.
We met with departments that own services on the Portal and engaged with Portal users (Faculty, Students, and Staff) through meetings, workshops, focus groups, and surveys.
Based on the feedback collected, we have developed a new Portal design prototype that aims to balance the diverse needs of our community.
We are now inviting you to attend a live demonstration of the proposed design, see how your input has shaped the prototype, and share further feedback before implementation. Your feedback will help us identify any final adjustments needed to make the Portal easier and more intuitive to use.
