Learn how to paint with acrylic paints, which is a water-based painting medium similar to painting with oil paint, but a lot less difficult because you don’t have to wait for it to dry.

You will learn to throw pots on a pottery wheel, and how to hand-build pinch pots, coil pots and slab pots, and glazing techniques.

Wednesdays: Arabic Calligraphy Workshop | Register here
You will explore the history, techniques and various script styles to compose your own calligraphic designs. You will also learn the cultural and aesthetic significance of Arabic calligraphy across all its settings, especially in Islamic mosques.

You will learn the basic techniques of sculpting with polymer clay to build figures and animals, and to carve details and contours that will bring realism to your models.
