All motorized vehicles used to transport people or materials only within the KAUST road network (e.g., golf carts, buggies, scooters) are required to be issued with and display an official KAUST Vehicle Registration Plate. This requirement does not apply to existing private/commercial vehicles that already have KSA or GCC license plates intended for use on public roads outside of KAUST.
The extended deadline of February 27 has been given to owners to complete the new registration/installation process.
Existing owners are requested to bring their vehicle/scooter and KAUST ID to the Banaweer representative located in the parking lot near the oil change station at the Gas Station for inspection and registration. Operating hours are Saturday through Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
For any assistance or support, please contact the Security Helpdesk by emailing security.systems@kaust.edu.sa or calling 808 5999.
Please be reminded that motorized vehicles with KAUST Registration Plates are not allowed on any public roads outside of the university.

I hear that Banaweer has temporarily located to the Gas Station on campus, is that correct? Are they still doing cycle repairs etc?
