Community Services is pleased to announce the updated internal shuttle and external shopping bus schedules effective from Saturday, June 6.
Amendments to on-campus bus routes:
- Route changes to include KMC stop for all Garden buses.
- Addition of two further stops on the Gray (stop 17 onwards) and Purple (stop 11 onwards) routes.
Amendments to off-campus bus routes:
- Departure time change from Aziz Mall on Sundays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
For the new maps and timetables, please visit the Facilities & Community website and go to either on-campus, or off-campus bus schedules.
Please note, Transportation is continually monitoring and evaluating all new schedules, please email any relevant transportation questions or concerns directly to transport@kaust.edu.sa.

Hello,
There are several restaurant and shopping choices in Thuwal. I recommend transportation service to Thuwal on the weekends.
For example, it would be nice to go to Thuwal in the afternoon on Friday, and purchase some goods, and then eat a seafood dinner.
I’m not inclined to drive in the Kingdom. Each time I want to go to Thuwal to eat, I have to rely on a taxi, but mostly there are no taxis available.

Makkah & Madinah buses are running based on the current off campus schedule which Makkah every Friday & Saturday permanent and for Madinah twice per month.
The new of campus bus changes on Aziz Mall departure time only.
