The first ever Tidal Wave is coming to TKS on November 8! Bring your whole family and join us for this exciting event with fun for all ages!
What is a Tidal Wave?? A Tidal Wave is a fun-filled community event for all ages, intended to highlight high school athletes while building school spirit, showcasing student organizations, school clubs and more!
There will be one Tidal Wave event for each secondary school athletic season – so four per year. In this Season 1 Tidal Wave we will focus on Volleyball, Golf and Swimming. Volleyball will be the featured sport for this event, while the golf and swim teams will also be showcased in other ways throughout the event.
During this event we will also celebrate the retirement of Sharky, our long loved school mascot! Help us send Sharky into the deep blue sea as we anticipate his replacement who will be joining us in the new year!
Tidal Wave Schedule
- 4:30 – 5:30 Fun-filled activities for all ages – Games, Fun-Booths, Food and more!
- 5:30 – 5:45 Retirement Party for Sharky & Raffle Drawing #1
- 5:45 – 6:45 U16 Boys Volleyball Game
- 6:45 – 7:00 Raffle Drawing #2
- 7:00 – 8:00 U16 Girls Volleyball Game
Please note that this event is happening after school hours and therefore supervision will not be provided by the school.
