Thank you for your question, Daniel. The TKS School & Community Events team recognizes that some families stay on campus on the weekend and some do not. The intention, across the year, is to host events that will be well attended and well received with as many of the TKS community members involved as possible. The TKS Community BBQ/Picnic on October 9th is an event geared mainly toward the families of KAUST with school-age kids, therefore hosting it on a school night ensures that it will begin and end reasonably early with maximum community attendees. We hope to see you there!

How’s a Tuesday evening a good day/time for this? Wednesday or Thursday would be fine, but not on a weekday. Thanks!
