I wonder who would want to go with the madinah trip Fri, 16:00–Sat, 17:00 during Ramadan. I think the time is not suitable at all.

Please note that the ‘complete schedule of Ramadan operating hours for Food Services, Retail Outlets, Recreation Services, and SAMBA Bank’ refers to “Friday the 9th of July”, whereas the corect date is Tuesday the 9th of July

I strongly recommend revisiting the timing of the busses to Madinah and Friday bus to Makkah. Both of these times are not useful for the community. For Madinah trip both days Iftar will be during travel and passengers will arrive in Madinah so late that it will be hard to get any decent accommodation. Additionally only 3 prayers will be available to them in the mosque. For Makkah the most important prayer on Friday is Friday prayer that, unlike last year, is not possible to get with current schedule. Please make appropriate changes in the bus schedule to make it more practical and useful.

Hi Janet,
The coach schedule to Makkah was changed without annoucement!! My wife and I were waiting there from 2.45 to 3.30pm today (Friday 12/07). When I couldn’t see any driver, I decided to call the transport guy to confirm. That’s when he informed me that the coach left at 8am!

I downloaded the schedule 1am the day before and it said 15:30 on Fridays!!!!

The revised schedule was uploaded in the website morning of Thursday 11 July 2013 but there has been a problem with sending out the announcement. The revised annoucement will be send hopefully within the day, sorry for the inconvenience.

In addition, could you please update the bus schedule for Jeddah? If we would like to go to a restaurant for iftaar, which bus should we take? Please consider this issue as well. Thank you

I would like to suggest for transport team to consider scheduling buses to Makkah/Madinah during Eid break, instead of all to Malls only. Its a long holiday and would be great if there are buses going Makkah/Madinag. Thank you.

This has been the practice for the previous years for bus schedules and demand for the Makkah and Madinah during the Eid Holidays is not so high hence it will not be provided to the community this year. However, transportation will consider this in designing the schedule of Eid or Hajj Holidays in the future.
