Orientation Expo and Bazaar 2015

Orientation Expo

5:00 – 7:00 p.m. for the Orientation Expo
7:00 – 10:00 p.m. for the Orientation Bazaar
Student Center (building 18)

This exciting annual event will showcase over fifty booths representing graduate student-led groups and associations, KAUST offices, campus services, and retail outlets.

The Orientation Bazaar will have over 15 booths selling various items – ranging from gift items to a kids corner and a caricaturist. There will also be an art exhibition with prints for sale. A variety of food stalls will be available for purchase at a discounted cost – from the Mongolian Grill, to Asian cuisine, to ice cream, and more.

There will also be live entertainment program with bands from Jeddah, including the East Band and Dreams.

Don’t miss the closing of this year’s Orientation 2015 and the chance to welcome and meet our new graduate students from all over the world.
