The Information Technology (IT) department is pleased to announce the launch of its improved, easy-to-use, mobile-friendly IT ticketing system.
The new system will be available to all KAUST colleagues starting Sunday, September 16, 2018 as a tile on the KAUST Portal home page.To introduce you to the system, we have created a short video that will walk you through the steps to access the system, log your own IT ticket and check the status of your existing tickets, all in a few clicks.
