Effective Friday, September 27, 2013, our new medical service provider, Dr. Sulaiman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH), will be fully operational at the KAUST Medical Clinic (KMC).
The KAUST Medical Services (KMS) will be hosting an Open House for you to meet the new medical staff and learn more about the available services.
Date: Wednesday, September 25, 2013
Time: 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Venue: KMC, Rm. 01-0430 (Staff Lounge)
KMS looks forward to welcoming you at the Open House and answering any questions and concerns you may have.
Patients will continue having the same coverage of health insurance and can continue to access services in any hospital in Jeddah, including IMC, as part of the BUPA network.

I hope,by changing our Medical service provider, our MR data of KMC/IMC will also be moved to DSFH. We won’t have to strugle again.

Please be sure to attend the KMS Open House so you can discuss these type of questions directly with the medical staff. I am sure they are happy to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have regarding the transition.

Why is the open house finishing at 5.30 pm? I finish work at 5 pm and pick up my child between 5 and 5.30 pm, meaning I will miss the Open House. I was really hoping to meet the new staff and ask specific questions.
