We have been trying to buy insurance from this company for over a month after one in-person meeting, but they will not answer our emails. Is this really the best provider KAUST could find?
Hi Michelle, I have emailed you directly to assist in this matter. I have to make clear that the current service provided by the insurance company ATMC is purely to assist the Community in obtaining insurance on Campus conveniently and at a competitive rate– but is not administrated or provided by KAUST. All personal insurance covers are down to the individual to obtain and manage and can be chosen from anyone in the Saudi insurance market. KAUST Insurance department is happy to provide any assistance we can, and we are looking into the quality of the service of ATMC.
