Hi Yassine,
thank you for your interest in the English Language Program.

Our spouse classes are usually in the mornings, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. and from 10:00 to 11:30a.m. The courses take place twice per week and last for 90 minutes per session.

Our staff classes vary, but previously we’ve had classes from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 3:30p.m. The courses also take place twice a week, but they last for two hours per lesson.

Once everyone has registered, we will schedule the classes accordingly.

Best wishes,
Lucy

What about the persons working under a PTSA? I know we are spouses but we work for KAUST as well so we’d greatly appreciate if an effort was done towards us in terms of professional development…thanks.

Hello Jana,

PTSAs are open to register for our spouse courses. However, all our spouse courses are during working hours, so you would need to discuss the course times with your manager to get approval to join.

We have begun to offer business English classes to spouses to help prepare you for using professional language in the workplace. There has been limited interest in these courses so far, so the availability of business English courses are dependent on the number of spouses who are registered.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly at matthew.fechtmeyer@kaust.edu.sa.

Thank you,
Matt

Dears,

I have registrated the courses for staff. But I forgot the time and place of the preparing test. Where can I find them? If I don’t take that test, can I attend the courses? Thank you!

Regards!
