All graduate students, faculty, and their spouses and dependents, are invited to the End of Academic Year International Dinner.

Student Center Terrace (building 18)
This is a ticket-only event. Tickets are available from the Student Information Hub, Level 2, of the Student Center from Today, Saturday, May 12 to Monday, May 14. Faculty and graduate students (and their dependents and spouses) will receive complimentary admission, but tickets are still required. Other community members can purchase tickets at SAR 150 each.
This special dinner features the following:
- Buffet Dinner (from five regions of the world and KSA)
- Presentation of Winners of the 4th Graduate Student Photography Competition
- Chinese Dragon Performance
- Egyptian Students Band
- Capella Singers
- Farewell concert by US$ 30,000
The dress code for this event is business casual or national dress. IDs are required and will be checked at the entrance.

A pity that yet again the event seems to be aimed towards students and faculty, while excluding post-docs from the invitation…
Postdocs and the rest of the campus community members are welcome to purchase a ticket to attend the End of Academic Year International Dinner on Wednesday, May 16. Tickets are available from the Student Information Hub, Level 2, Student Center until 5:00 pm today (Monday 14th May).
