The documentary Desert Seas—created for National Geographic by Saudi Aramco—uncovers the dazzling Red Sea and the wondrous Arabian Gulf. Saudi Aramco teamed up with renowned Icon Films (creators of the hit series, River Monsters) to create this stunning feature, which was also aided by tremendous support from our very own Red Sea Research Center.

This screening is presented by Dr. Michael Berumen, Associate Professor of Marine Science and Engineering at KAUST. Professor Berumen served as one of the scientific advisors during the creation and production of the film. The screening is part of Orientation 2015 and is sponsored by Graduate Affairs.
