Due to high seasonal demand, Community Services is pleased to offer a complimentary December shuttle bus service from KAUST to Jeddah International Airport, North then South terminals on December 11, 12 & 13; 18 & 19.
Thursday, December 11 shuttle departs from KAUST bus terminal at 6:00 p.m. & 11:00 p.m.
Friday, December 12 shuttle departs from KAUST bus terminal at 5:00 & 10:00 a.m. then 3:00 & 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 13 shuttle departs from KAUST bus terminal at 5:00 & 10:00 a.m. then 3:00 & 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 18 shuttle departs from KAUST bus terminal at 6:00 p.m. & 11:00 p.m.
Friday, December 19 shuttle departs from KAUST bus terminal at 5:00 & 10:00 a.m. then 3:00 & 8:00 p.m.
The travel time from KAUST to the North Terminal is approximately 1hr 15 mins; to the South Terminal approximately 2 hrs.

When will the buses return from the airport?

At the current time there is sufficient taxi availability for trips from Jeddah airport to KAUST.
Be assured, Transportation constantly monitors taxi availability; should bookings reach maximum levels Transportation will review and, if necessary, instigate an airport to KAUST shuttle when necessary – alerting the community via The Lens.
Please note: the complimentary shuttle bus is to support our service providers, not to replace them.
